In many solution discussions with our customers, a requirement sometimes exists for staff augmentation or for specialized staff to complete tasks within the project or program scope. Our Professional Services staffing model provides a quick and simple, yet focused approach to get the right resources at a cost- effective rate to the client.
A Compliment to Other Services
We offer Network and Unified Communications Consulting as a complement to our Network Assessment Services. Many customers may struggle with the complexities of transforming an enterprise from legacy to VoIP or SIP technology. Big Wave Communications can work with customer teams to assist in many transformation projects. While Professional Services staffing isn’t the largest component of our business, we felt it was a necessary option to our primary offering of Consulting Services. Once we or our partner companies provide a recommended solution for clients, many times this turns into a resource need to be able to deliver to the requirement. The PS Staffing portion is not limited to network and unified communications, therefore we can customize a delivery model to the customer need.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Each customer that utilizes our Professional Services is assigned a Customer Engagement Manager. This resource focuses on the customer’s existing and future needs for Professional Services. There is no additional cost to the client for this service, and once a customer exceeds a threshold of resources, they are assigned a dedicated Customer Engagement Manager. We feel this allows us to stay very close to any changes the customer wishes to make and allows us to react in the quickest manner possible.
Cost-Effective Qualified Resources
By not really marketing this Professional Services capability outright, we really feel that we can manage growth and stay close enough to our customer’s requirements to provide a value that is typically absent with larger staffing firms. Without all the overhead of larger firms, we’re also able to keep costs down to drive that savings to our customers.
